Sk8school Eastbourne Skate Coaching - The Skate Lesson for Improvers
We run coaching sessions Every other Tuesday Night, during the Winter at Shinewater Sports Centre. During the Summer we use the Cage.
The coaching session lasts over an hour and will fix your skating problems and introduce new skills. This is then followed with some Skate Dancercise, which has a number of benefits for the aspiring skater. Improving balance, fitness and skill - plus its amazing fun.
Ideal for people who can "only turn one way" or "can't stop properly" or "always wanted to go backwards". Ideal for those looking to improve their skating in a number of ways.
- Cost - £5 for two hours
- Location - The Cage during the Summer.
